At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or fan doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
